I sent the boots back and expected to be checking my email every day, but the refund came through just a few days later. I remember noticing it hit my account before I’d even recycled the return label receipt, so that was a nice surprise. No chasing, no awkward follow-up messages, just done.

I’m sure I ordered these last week, or maybe the week before my days are all mixed up. Either way, when the shoes showed up, they looked just like the pictures. The color and shape were spot on, and there weren’t any weird surprises when I opened the box.

I ordered a pair of heels from Schutz Shoes, the quality stood out right away. The stitching is neat, the finish looks clean, and there weren’t any loose threads or weird spots. The leather feels solid too, like you can tell they actually put some care into making them.
I’ve worn them a few times now, and they still feel really sturdy. The straps and sole don’t have that cheap online-shoe feel at all, which was a nice surprise. You know how sometimes shoes look good in photos but feel flimsy in person? These were definitely better made than I expected
